The word “Gutu” means “juicy” in the local Kihavu language. And that’s exactly what we find in the cup: The dry-processed lot “Gutu” from the Ngula Micro Station immediately impresses us with its pronounced juiciness. Only ripe Bourbon coffee cherries were harvested, fermented, and dried on the cool hills of Idjwi Island on African beds. The result is a juicy, elegant, and round cup that will make all natural coffee enthusiasts happy.
