The two farmers and their families are also members of the Yanesha ethnic group and live in San Pedro de Pichanaz. Like other Yanesha people, they own only 2-3 hectares of coffee and, at the same time, protect over 10 hectares of rainforest in their reserve. What sets them apart is, on the one hand, their passion for cultivation and, on the other hand, the altitude at which they produce. That’s why their coffees have been separated from others. Their Organic Fine Robusta Lot is characterized by a lot of sweet chocolate cream, honey, and roasted nuts. A complex chocolate greeting from the rainforest of Peru.
