Our roasted coffee
The 100% Arabica beans of the varieties Caturra, Catimor and Pache are refined in artisanal work and gentle long-term roasting. Our partner Mókuska Caffè roasts the coffee according to the so-called “Swiss-Roast” process. In this process, three different roasting degrees (bright, medium & dark) are mixed in an optimal ratio. This allows you to experience the full range of coffee aromas and get the unique taste of the Peruvian mountain rainforest in your cup.
