The coffee was produced by the Slovak Marian Takac, who lives with his wife Jan Lim in Langbiang near Dalat in Vietnam. The Lim family, who belong to the ethnic minority of the K’ho, have been growing coffee in the Dalat highlands for generations. In recent years, Marian has acquired skills in processing the family’s coffees, taking quality to a whole new level – clear taste profiles with velvety notes make his coffees extremely exciting and contradict all the prejudices against Vietnamese coffees.
