In the heart of Espírito Santo, massive, rounded rock formations shape the landscape — surrounded by rainforest and the coffee farms of remote settler families. At the center of this region lies Venda Nova do Imigrante (“new store of the immigrants”), home to our partners BMP Farmers — nestled at the foot of the iconic Pedra Azul.

This striking rock changes color with the light and weather: sometimes blue, sometimes gray, green, or golden.

We’ve named our lot after it. Just like the Pedra Azul, Brazilian Canephora is dense, complex, and full of unexpected layers. Canephora is more compact than Arabica — like a stone — and it’s exactly this that gives it depth, structure, and its unique character.
