Maptso means “sweet” in the Yanesha language – and that is exactly what this special coffee brings to the cup: a natural sweetness that comes from a deep respect for people, nature and culture. Maptso Organic comes from the CEPRO Yanesha cooperative, which is based in the central rainforest of Peru. In addition to coffee, the community also produces honey – always in harmony with its environment.

The Yanesha have been living and farming sustainably for generations, deeply rooted in their land. Their coffee grows on small plots in the middle of the forest, without artificial additives – organic, regenerative and biodiverse, long before there were certificates for this. Today, Maptso Organic is officially certified organic (DE-ÖKO-006).
