This rare coffee species accounts for only 1–2% of global coffee production and is notoriously difficult to source. We are thrilled to have found new partners in Vietnam who have gained their expertise through years of hands-on work.
This Anaerobic Natural Liberica from Quảng Trị Province is dry-fermented in airtight PE bags for 120 hours, then shade-dried on raised beds for 30 days. Flavor notes of jack fruit, sweet lemon, black tea, and sesame, combined with an almost sticky, stevia-like sweetness, make this coffee truly unique.
Our partners at 96B have vacuum-sealed this extraordinary coffee in 5kg packs. Together, we now look forward to offering you this rare treat.
