Gover is the leading producer of Aproecos in Moyobamba, and his family farm is also the cooperative’s demonstration farm. Here, he and his family apply permaculture, striving for 50 cm of humus layer. We have been friends for a long time. So we have the honour of receiving coffees with exotic processes from him to Germany. Qoffee Qulture e.V. donated drying beds to the family finca in 2018. We also planted the trees here for our 2018 and 2020 import CO2 offsets. In 2020, he founded the company “Finca Cascadas de Cueva SAC” and continues to specialise in specialty coffee microlots.
This lot was anaerobically fermented naturally for 48h, then depulpt, dried again aerobically for 24h in sugar slime, lightly washed off and then gently dried in the shade.
