Don Elias lives in isolation with his wife in Nuevo Lambayeque, Jepelacio, Peru. Every year he is one of the best producers of the Aproeco cooperative. He suffers from arthritis but is still a confident and passionate coffee farmer.
From his finca “El Tesoro” (The Treasure) comes this washed processed microlot of the varieties Caturra, Pache and Catimor. In his drying device, Don Elias cleverly regulates the supply of light, thus enabling optimal drying. In this way, the coffee’s ingredients are optimally distributed.
