The coffee “Yamoererr”, which means “fine or delicate” in Yanesha language, comes from the 10 hectares finca Ave Fenix that Don Sadler Marin Garcia shares with his 8 brothers in the picturesque community of Nativa El Palomar in Peru. Deeply connected to the coffee land since his birth, Don Sadler has experimented various forms of cultivation on this farm, a center of innovation and learning for CEPRO Yanesha.
The Yamoererr Bourbon Washed is grown at an altitude of 1,600 meters and represents the Marin family’s longstanding tradition and expertise in coffee cultivation.
This coffee is characterized by aromas of lime, honey and milk chocolate, accompanied by subtle notes of jasmine.
