Finca Ave Fénix is the place the Marín family calls home. Alongside noble Arabica varieties, they grow Canephora plants with a (still) undefined genetic makeup. For many years, Don Sadler and his family have cultivated coffee here – a kind of research and development lab for the cooperative. From this unique setting came our Honey Canephora nanolot: clean, sweet, and creamy with floral notes of Jasmine.
