Our partnership with Great Cherry Robusta takes us to Cư M’gar in Vietnam’s most well-known coffee province: Đắk Lắk. The mineral-rich and fertile soils, derived from volcanic rock, offer the perfect conditions for coffee cultivation. This anaerobically fermented Natural of the old Robusta variety “Ro Sẻ” offers a complex flavor profile. The rather small, very dense beans are sweet and offer a mild acidity.
