Finca Cascadas is a spin-off of Aproeco, led by former CEO Jimmy Rojas. The project focuses on sourcing and carefully processing high-quality microlots from the area around Moyobamba.

It works closely with local cooperatives and quality labs—especially with Moyobamba Coffee. Anaerobic fermentation and single-variety lots form the foundation for juicy, round, and sweet coffees, grown in remote hills at the edge of the Amazon Basin, where the waters rise that feed the world’s largest river.

The name Finca Cascadas reflects these origins. Lote Fincas is a blend of anaerobically fermented and washed coffees.
