Together, participants and speakers from all over the world give Canephora a stage by bringing together science, roasters, cafés, traders, production, and consumption.

Diversity and Value
Are you ready to rediscover Coffea canephora? We are gathering for the fourth edition of Canephorum at Bouchout Castle in Meise Botanic Garden (Plantentuin Meise) in Belgium.
Over two days, we focus on science, roasting practice, and sensory evaluation around Canephora. We will discuss “Diversity and Value”, from genetics through to the finished cup, for everyone who wants to deepen their understanding of coffee through a Canephora lens.

FAQ
Only lunches on both days are included in the ticket price, along with Coffea canephora coffee throughout the event. Breakfast and dinner are not included. If you have allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements, please email us no later than four weeks before the event at canephorum@cumpa.de.
Yes. We are giving away 20 parking tickets. If you need a parking space, please let us know after purchasing your ticket by sending an email to canephorum@cumpa.de. Once all spaces have been allocated, we will unfortunately be unable to offer any further free parking.
Yes. If you share content on social media, please tag and mention Canephorum. A photographer will also be on site. If you do not want to appear in photos, please speak to our team on site.
You can show your ticket digitally. If you need to change the attendee name, please email us in advance at canephorum@cumpa.de.
The event will be held in English. If any individual program items differ, we will indicate this in the schedule.
The event is aimed at roasters, producers, and researchers involved in coffee, as well as anyone working on quality along the coffee value chain, from processing and trading to sensory analysis and quality management.
