At Canephorum, you are not only a guest. You can also be part of the system that holds everything together. Our sponsor packages are designed like a Coffea canephora plant. The Roots provide quiet, reliable support. The Trunk adds structure and visibility at the core of the event. The Cherries sit where attention is useful and conversations can become productive. The Sun stands for continuity across the season.
Do not choose “a level.” Choose a role. Do you want to strengthen the base, provide visible support for the framework, set a focal point, or contribute sustained support over time? If you want to think even bigger, the Strategic Canephorum Alliance opens the door to genuine co-development.
One-Time-Package
= Starting at 100€
You want to support Canephorum without being loud. Then you are the root. Invisible to many, but essential for stability and growth. With the Roots Package, you can get involved with a low barrier to entry and be recognized as a supporter after the event, for example in the recap and in our thank you communications. Depending on the setup, you will also receive access to the online lecture stream and selected slides. Any social media mention is implemented as recognition of your support, not as a campaign.

The trunk stands visibly at the center and gives the whole event structure. With the Trunk Package, your brand is present where the event takes place and where the community gathers. Your logo is included in Canephorum event communications before and after the event. Your logo appears in the logo grid in the program booklet. On site, we acknowledge you as a sponsor at the beginning and at the end of the event, clearly and in line with the format.

Cherries are what people notice. Not because they are loud, but because they are the visible peak. The Cherry Package is for partners who want to be intentionally present where ideas mature and conversations create impact. You receive prominent logo placements in event communications before and after the event, two tickets for an on-site brand presence (display), as long as venue rules, safety requirements, and the format allow it. In the program booklet, you receive your logo plus a short sponsor profile (80–120 words). In addition, you are featured in the Sponsor Spotlight newsletter. Premium placements are limited per event (for example, up to four) to keep visibility high-quality.
Long-Term-Package
= By individual arrangement
The sun is not a snapshot. It is consistency. If you want to strengthen Canephorum over a longer period, the Sun Package is the right format. You support events that are planned and publicly announced within 12 months from the start date (confirmed per event via addendum). You are listed as a partner with ongoing visibility across our owned channels (for example, on the website partner list), and you can be included in selected Canephorum cuppings, depending on scheduling and the host framework. A Sponsor Spotlight in the newsletter is also part of the package.
Important: The package does not guarantee a specific number of events. It secures your participation in the events that actually take place and are communicated within the term.

If you want to do more than support and actually help shape the work, this is the right entry point. The Strategic Canephorum Alliance is a long-term collaboration model that we define together, with room for broader visibility beyond content and events and for genuine joint projects (for example, venue partnerships, education formats, or research and knowledge initiatives). Scope, deliverables, and rights are agreed separately in writing to ensure the collaboration fits strategically and remains clearly and reliably executable.
